The love story of Candy & David

If there is one thing I can say about Candy & David, it is that they were made for each other. They complement each other perfectly. No relationship is not without its fair share of ups and downs, but having met these two and spent quality time with them before, during and after our photo shoot, I have come to respect and admire Candy & David. They make it look so easy.

It has almost been a year since I took these photos. And by far, it remains one of my most favourite shoots of all time, hence why I’ve decided to repost this Love Story photography session with the new-look website.

I think it was this particular photo session that turned things around for me. Or rather, my mindset of how I perceived and treated my clients/customers. Having spent the time with Candy & David, I started seeing couples as friends rather than clients. Instead of ‘work’, photography became fun. And when one builds a relationship that is founded on friendship (rather than business), I find that I want to deliver my bestest and push myself to be better each time. And for this mindset, I must thank Candy & David for showing me the way.
